Here are frequently asked questions
Best time to book your cake smash session is around the when baby is 11 months old. We require minimum 7 calendars days to accommodate your requested date or you may choose slots what’s remaining with us.
We understand the complexity of the situation, and we are happy to reschedule based on some assumptions. We Would require minimum 48hrs if you wish to reschedule or Security deposit will be forfeited.
Absolutely, we can certainly understand that and we provide the option when requested. Once the images are selected and edited, we don’t replace or swap with different images
I usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver the work in the gallery. If you wish to have USB drive, the cost will be $25 including postage fee. We have express delivery of work (Additional fees apply)c
Once booked andIf unforeseen circumstances the shoot didn’t happen, the retainer amount may be credited or forfeited dpending on circumstances.
And when the work is downloaded from the gallery, the service is consumed and hence no possibility of refunds.
To Book, retainer will be required to pay. Balance due on the day of shoot.
