The best time to book your session is when your baby is around 11 months old, ensuring the photos are ready for their first birthday. We recommend giving at least 7 calendar days’ notice to your cake smash photographer in Sydneyto secure your preferred date.

Yes, we understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to reschedule your session if needed. Please provide at least 48 hours’ noticeto your cake smash photographer– otherwise, the security deposit may be forfeited.

Absolutely, we can certainly understand that and we provide the option when requested. Once the images are selected and edited, we don’t replace or swap with different images
How long does it takes to deliver the work ?
I usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver the work in the gallery. If you wish to have USB drive, the cost will be $25 including postage fee. We have express delivery of work (Additional fees apply).
What are the refund policy ?
Once booked andIf unforeseen circumstances the shoot didn’t happen, the retainer amount may be credited or forfeited dpending on circumstances.
And when the work is downloaded from the gallery, the service is consumed and hence no possibility of refunds.
How does Family photos deliver in the Photo session ?
Family Photos are included in all cake smash session and comes with 16:9 ratio (Horizontal) if you like otherwise, please make sure the photographer aware of the requirement on the day of session.
What are the payment terms ?
To Book, retainer will be required to pay. Balance due on the day of shoot.
